01 General Overview
At Agrodemy Africa, we are committed to providing high-quality professional training. However, because our products are digital, our refund policy is designed to prevent unauthorized consumption and distribution of proprietary materials.
02 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted only under the following specific conditions:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
- Our system confirms that zero (0%) of the course modules or Playbooks have been accessed.
- There is a documented technical failure on our platform that prevents access, which our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours.
03 Digital Products Clause
Digital products (courses, PDF playbooks, and recordings) are considered “consumed” once the user has logged into the LMS or downloaded a file. Because digital items cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, Agrodemy cannot process refunds for any content that has been viewed or downloaded.
04 How to Request
Follow these steps to initiate a formal review:

You will receive an approval or rejection notice within 48 business hours.
05 Processing Timelines
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Mobile Money).

06 Annual Subscriptions
The 1-year ADT subscription is a bundled professional access plan. We do not provide partial refunds for months unused. You may cancel your renewal at any time to prevent being billed for the subsequent year.
07 Refund Rejections
Common reasons for refund rejection include:
- Content already accessed or certificate generated.
- Request made after the 7-day eligibility window.
- Promotional or “Limited Time Offer” sales marked as non-refundable.
- Violation of community conduct or platform ethics.
08 Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting Agrodemy support, your account and certification progress will be immediately suspended. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve issues.
